When I inquired about the service, I was promised all kinds of support. I had great difficulty in getting into the system to place an order on line. It was over a week before I was able to get into the on line ordering system. I was not able to even order simple catalogues from them. There was no customer support provided at all.
Within the 30 days of "signing up, " I requested a refund and was told to return my materials via US Postal Service insuring the box for $100.00.
They have taken the monthly fee from my bank account this month even though I notified weeks ago that I did not wish to continue with them.
I intend to write to the state of California to see how many more complaints they have against this company. If necessary, I will get a new bank account so they cannot continue to rob my account.
I had high hopes of making some extra money for Christmas, but when one cannot order required forms, brochures, catalogues, how can you earn a dollar?
I think they need to be shut down.
