I have been with Ebay and paypal on and off for four years. I would buy occasionally and I would sell. I was also a victim of fraud through ebay when I first started with them. Having to change my bank accounts and stop my visa. That was very stressful. But nothing like what I am about to tell you. On Friday March 7th I posted on Ebay IPhones and Prada cell phones, that I bought from an International course. One that I had been trading with for years. Well I received 14 sales, the bid was over on Thurday 3/13. I sent all my invoices out and on Friday the 14th I transferred some of the money over for shipping cost and to reorder more phones. Relisted some of the phones back up on ebay. On Monday 3/17 I went into my account only to find that my account on ebay had been suspended and went to Paypal and there is a "Limited Account Access" on my account. Their reason for this was that I needed to prove my Identity, (after four years with them?) send proof of shipping tracking#'s 6 out of the 14 sales the other 8 were not able to pay due to the Limited Account Access hold (I lost $4288.00) they also wanted proof of who my supplier is. I senmt all the tracing#'s, along with everything they asked for and more. And as of today 3/30 they sent me an email stating that "Every business must balance its exposure to risk with its business goals. At this time, we are not comfortable with the amount of risk your business exposes itself to. We would like to begin the process of ending our relationship in a manner that is least disruptive to your business." and that the money remaining in my account which is $791.88 these are my options.
1. Your remaining account balance can be used to provide refunds to your buyers (if applicable).
If you choose to provide refunds to your buyers, please provide a list of transaction IDs for the buyers that you would like to refund.
2. Your remaining funds will be held in your PayPal account for 180 days from the date your account was limited. After 180 days, you will be notified via email about how to receive your remaining funds.
What do I do I have sent email after email.
