Miss represented ad, i was charged an extra 28.00 for product advertised as free. Also, they violated the moss-mussberg law basically stating the products warranty before buying it

I ordered auto scratch repair from simoniz for 19.95 plus s and h and cred card showed 45.00 debit. This was alledgedly for an auto vac which i did not order. Also, there was no warranty info on the scratch repair liquid offered.
I have complaint also for co. Lack of street address.
There is no person or rep to take complaints via telephone. It sends you round and round then ends the call stating no one's avail. To assist your call. "try calling back between such and such hours", etc. Which i tried.
