In relation to the negative report filed by Messrs Alain Mayer and Avishai regarding our company Paulina Jonathan Holdings and it's representatives-Messrs Taiwo Lawrence and Peter Lawrence and Ms Cynthia Chambliss. This report should be removed as it is wrong. The gentlemen that filed it are not the buyers but agents who brought the buyer to us, they have not been harmed in any way and have no right to posting such a report. Moreover, the actual buyer Mr. Omer Beerly, is against this as we are still in the process of fulfilling our contractual agreement.
