I ordered from www.lienfax.com (also known as Rev Holdings, LLC) a lien search report for $22.90 for the one property that I purchased. Rev Holdings LLC charged me twice (a total of $45.80) for the same report and are now trying to claim that I ordered two reports on the same property. Why I would order and pay for two reports for the same property (when I can xerox the one report for free) is a mystery to anyone with even half a brain.
Furthermore, it was only after an exchange of several e-mails with the owner of Rev Holdings, LLC that he claimed that I ordered two reports (prior to that the owner was expressing his interest in resolving the matter).
