Area Connection will call you and tell you that you have won $1000 shopping spree and that your name was entered through your credit card company. They tell you that you have a chance of winning $25,000 and many other prizes & all you have to do is pay 2.99/week for 4 or 5 magazines. They tell you what a great deal it is and before they are even complete in telling you everything they have made the first payment. Keep in mind that they stress how all you have to do is pay 2.99/week for 5 years. Then when you agree, they tell you that you have to pay it over 12 months! ($68/month)
I am 19 and broke in college, I continously told them that and he just kept saying that he would work with me. And by the time I said, wait let me consult with my mom, HE HAD ALREADY MADE THE PAYMENT! Instead of sayin ok, he told me too late in so many words. I was saved because they called back to make a final confirmation and I immediately cancelled! If u wait... there is no cancellation! If you wait three days after u speak with them, u will not be able to cancel.
I called back for confirmation that it was cancelled and the two receptionist ansered the phone "hello" and did not say company name. They call from blocked numbers and all the numbers that may show up when they call are fony! Dont fall for this! They talk fast and will get you! The only number answered is 770-874-8108! I was saved becuz I read a previous rip off report on them, so I am trying to save you!!! Dont do it!!! Thanks to this website I am saved. I immediately typed in the company's name on google and I saw this. Hopefully, mine will show. The website they have for the company sucks and gives no real information!!! Dont do it!!!
