Vioderm seent out product with 14 day trial starting from date shipped. I didn't get order for seven days, spent the next 7 days spent trying to cancel the order. No phone response at all hours of the day, stating they were having high volume of calls.
They won't accept cancellation of product unless you get a hold of a live person and get a return merchandise authorization. Can't get a hold of live person seven days a week at all hours of the day and night. Don't need to have them continue to send shipments and charge my account for $59.50 for each little bottle.
