I ordered a sample of Vioderm product for 6.95 to be sent to my daughter-which she received. I then cancelled the order which was acknowledged by Vioderm. My daughter sent back the product to Vioderm because she did not want it. I contacted Vioderm of this fact. They state that unless we have proof of this they will not reimburse my act. The product was returned to them without being opened. Now they refuse to reimburse me for the full amount of the product even though it was cancelled prior to the 14 days required-What can I do-they do not appear to hear me when I call or write them!
