Can't be reached to cancel membership, phone # reports line volume is too high, call back, internet site address not available, random charges to my bank account without any product shipment. Farmers Branch Texas

I have incurred 3 separate debits to my bank account, each before the # of days stated in the material received on initial "trial offer" shipment. I have not received any further product yet my account continues to be charged randomly. The website address given can not be found. I have emailed a cancellation notice which received an automatic response indicating someone should be contacting me within a few days. Calls can not be taken due to large volume of calls they are receiving. I was unaware of other consumers problems until I began researching on the internet. I am hopeful a positive outcome will be reached but aware it may not due to the complaints I have read.
