Pogo games from AOL window. Logged onto free play... Kept getting pop up to join for 39.99, then a discount rate was added. I gave info and signed up for discount rate, but the reg rate pop up appeared when I tried to log on. I emailed all confusion to easupport. They sent a general response that no sale rate is available since july 07. They are still advertising sale rate, now on aol webb page. They created an account for me with -aol at the end of it, duplicating my information... Then, they double billed me with regular rate and discount rate..
I'm going to the bank today to dispute the regular rate and I will go onto their chat rooms to advise their members... They did arrange for me to log on without the pop up for regular rate, but did not adjust double billing and send same computor response no sale rate availabe, altho they have billed me the sale rate and now also, the regular rate.
