To try and end-run round the new regulation, Captial One simply delivered a notice stating that they're transforming my regular rate [6%] that we have experienced for ten years to some "Promtional Price" which in Spet 2011 it'll end and also the rate may double.
Sly, because this is a transformation of the "Promotional" price it's not going to be underneath the regulation which was simply handed.
Exactly What A crock!"Promtional"? Whatsoever, its exactly the same price I've had for a long time. Never been overdue.
And Also To top it down, should you choosenot enjoy it you've to stop by August???
