USBank never closed my debit card when I changed accounts and I got stuck with the charges!

This bank is very horrible! I changed my account because of fraud and explained this to them. It took Daisy over an hour to do this, despite the fact that I was the only customer at personal banking. Then she never closed my original debit card like she was supposed to, and I got fradulent charges that I was stuck with! I called customer service who did nothing but send me two cancelled debit cards. I then called the bank back and they said it was my fault for calling customer service. They claimed customer service doesn't know anything and it was my fault for calling them. I was fed up and went to the other san marcos branch the next day to close my account. To make things even worse they charged me $8 for getting my funds in a cashiers check and they made me pay a $25 early account closing fee, even though I have been with them for over 6 months and their paper work says nothing about that! I am now out $50 for their errors and poor banking practices. I will never ever use them again, and warn everyone I know about them.
