I was charged on 10/22/02, $139.95 by MWI *PREMIERHEALTH without my permission and for something I don't even know what it is. I haven't ever heard of this company and the only thing I have ordered using my credit card is a device called PEST OFFENSE which I ordered on September 17 for $37.85. I never authorized any other credit card payments besides the $37.85.
I wish to file a complaint against this MWI *PREMIERHEALTH company and want my money back pronto!!! I don't have an address for this company, only a phone number. I haven't received any correspondence from this company or any kind of literature explaining what this charge is for. The only thing I have is the name and phone number on my bank statement.
I ordered the PEST OFFENSE over the phone from a T.V. Ad. Their address is 4201 Kellway Circle, Addison TX 75001. Their phone # is (888) 328-4416. If they are connected to MWI *PREMIERHEALTH, then I wish to file a complaint against them also.
