Premierhealth MWI UNAUTHORIZED charge 139.95 on my Credit Card Internet

I notice on my statment for the month of January that their was a charge for $139.95 by MWI PremierHealth on 1/21/03.

I called my bank and cancelled the card and told them about this.

I order the Q-ray bracelet on the phone with this card number. They might have sold the card number to them. I will be disputing this charge.
