A charge of $14.95 has appeared on my credit card bill for three months

I have been charged $14.95 on my credit card bill now for three months. I have contacted my credit card company a month ago and did not get any help there.
The credit card bill says that I am being charged for "merchandise". I have not received anything. So I am paying for nothing.
