My name is Tracey and I am having some problems with Chad Franklin Suzuki.in September I purchased a car through their $43 a month program. When I purchased the car I was told that Chad Franklin would pay $559.89 of my $602.89 monthly payment until February and pay for my gas.
I was told by Scott, the finance manager, that I was to bring the car in at the beginning of February to trade in my 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara for a 2008. All I had to do was not drive over 15,000 miles and keep track of the gas.
I was told that all I had to do was for my credit to stay the same or better and there wouldn't be any problem. Well at the end of January I submitted all the paper work and they call back saying that I have to put down $9500 to get into a new car.
My credit has not changed and I was told that they would look into it and call me back. Well every week since the end of January, I have called and I keep being told that they are looking into it and they will call me back.
Now we are into March and I am still calling and no one will return my call or they say they will call back and I don't hear from them. Needless to say that I had to come up with the $602.89 car payment for February.
My co-worker signed up for the same deal and is going through the same situation I am. We don't have any paperwork to show the $43 a month program, just a verbal agreement. They are constantly advertising this promotion and I have seen that I am not the only one who has been scammed by Chad Franklin Suzuki.
As of right now, I am willing to keep the 2007 Grand Vitara as long as they agree to make the payments for the next 12 months minus my $43 as they said they would.
