I quit 5 weeks ago. They have just now sent me confirmation of this on thursday of last week. Today, i received a by-weekly statement. It shows commision denials of $32 dollars for policy's that i did not write. According to the statement there was no signature on the policy's and they were written 9 days ago.
I also have lead cards that total up to almost 1500 dollars that they have yet to collect or to send me something that i can use to send these cards to the company.
I have covered my rear. The state INS. Board knows that i quit and when i quit and what i have that belongs to combined. They are also receiving copy's of every by-weekly statement showing where the company keeps charging kick backs on me for people dropping there policy's.
I have also notified the state level of the IRS and have been attempting to contact the federal level at the suggestion of a lawyer. When i quit, they owed me $198. Xx dollars... As of this last statement... The number is down to $93. Xx
Combined has also failed to pay out all of the child support they held out of my checks.
They will be dealing with the state's of KY and IN over this. I am aware of paper work being filled this week against them on the state's behalf, my EX wive's, and myself.
For those who beleive in the power of prayer... I ask for your help in the form of prayer.
IT's time this company got there rear knocked down a few notch's... IT'S time they learn that they are not above the law and that they are starting to get a bad rep. From there crooked dealings with there current and past employees and some very dissatisfied customers.
