Thomas Dexter sold me 3 shirts on ebay on February 3. I paid through Paypal the same day like $38.00. Almost 3 weeks later I contact him he starts will vulgar language and nasty remarks about FTC regulations. I am just inquiring about my paid items. No info for shipping. I file non receipt dispute wait about 9 days they file in my favor I get a refund. He than files 3 unpaid items strikes against me and leave negative feedback. Throughout the process Thomas Dexter is mean, vicious and uses nasty email with threats. He abused every policy violation on ebay and still ripping people off.
Beware of this seller he has left negative feedback and abusive language with everyone he has sold too.
He currently selling under 2 names on ebay rockstar_paradise and rockandrollstore_2008.
Beware all people do not purchase anything from him will not get it all you will get is abuse, vindictive behavior, threats, and nasty name calling emails. This man is a disgrace to the ebay community. He must be stopped.
