Promises of big money and "bonuses" are made to the prospective employee. They then con you into going on the road to various towns where your expenses are paid for UNTIL they suddenly discover that some of their precious merchandise is missing.
Not wanting to blame any one person, they ask the whole crew to pitch in some bucks since the "bag was light".
No paycheck for the 1st week, so they basically got free labor out of young, unsuspecting kids who were desparate for a job to cover their bills.
No one in their right mind comes back on the second week because they know they have been screwed out of $300.00 already and don't want to embarass themselves even more.
