This product has had to have 2 circuit boards replaced within 2 years of installation. I paid as much for the servce to do it as I would have paid for a cheap furnace from Home Depot instead of the $2000 I overspent on this piece of junk. Trane is washing their hands of me as well as the installer. Never buy a Trane... Yes I researced it before purchasing and it was rated highly by consumer reports. Boy were they wrong!
