I spoke with Rudy Sanders in December he told me had a house in hammod, la for a bond for deed. The house was 65,000 we would have to put 4,000 dollars down and pay 600.00 a month. The 4,000 would go toward the purchase of the home, leaving us a balance of 61,000 dollars. I didnt know at the time what i signed was a lease agreement. When i asked him about it, he still says it is a bond for deed. But our contract ended in January, in order for us to continue to live here, we must pay 3,000.00 for an extension for another year. I recently found out a bond for deed doesnt have a certain amount of time to finance. I have made many repairs to this house and it seems like we just lost all our money we paid the repairs and the down payment and the monthly payments of 600.00. I also told two other people who also paid a down payment and was told they have a bond for deed and it is not.
