I have not gotten a statment for over 5 months, the last 4 statements prior to this said the amount due was $000.00, which was no surprise. Since our Atty. And us have figured we were pd. Off months ago. Well, they finally sent our deed, but - it was the deed from the people we bought the house from 15 years ago. They just will not admit thier mistake. Why would they want to hold our deed? The house (cottage) is not worth 15k on the market. Is there NO hope?
