Charged my bank account without my permission

I ordered some window blinds back in october from jcpennys website, and then i just checked my bank statements and they were taking out 9.95 dollars a month very upset that i didnt catch it before. I called the number on my bank statement they said that i clicked the box for a 10.00 off rebate but it said nothing about charging me monthly and also said they emailed me but never recieved do to the security of my emails. That is not fair i have three children and not much money. Hope they are happy ripping people off that have children to feed!!! Because at $40.00 is food out of there mouth. My mistake for not checking but who ever thought it would come to that
