Last August I ordered two pairs of pants for my son from JCPenny on line and now I realize that they have been charging me $9.95 a month for something I never asked for or wanted. I am sad to say I don't keep a close eye on my statements which I pay on line and my Visa card has been charged for the last eight months. When I called JCPenny to complain they said they were only allowed to refund me for three months worth of these charges (wow $30.00) credited back to my account. Then the woman tried to sell me more insurance. Unbelievable! When I see the refund I will believe it then. What a rip off - JCPenny you lost a good customer.
