I'd a sales person for Northstar arrived at my doorway in September to market their goods and support. After politely trying to explain to him that people will be shifting to a different condition, by which I then found out they don't service, in about twelve months he mentioned that even when the brand new homeowners didn't need Northstar service, Northstar could use a program within our new house for that state of course if they mightnot do this we'd be-released from our agreement. Today when I am getting ready to relocate four weeks I discover that this salesperson downright lied by what Northstar might do.
They'll not use a program within our new house of course if the brand new homeowners of our present house don't need Northstar (and that I would not blame them) we are responsible for the remaining of the 3 years. When I spoke having a customer support supervisor, he explained that we'd no evidence that the sales person stated that, which he was appropriate. Sadly I got the sales person term about how they did business.
Moreover, over fifty percent of the alarm service businesses available cost significantly less than 50% of what northstar costs and supply nearly as good of support, or even better. I believe this company has severe ethics problems and would recommend searching for another alarm company. When they proceed to complete business in this way in my opinion the corporation is likely to be temporary.
