Sun Newspapers - Terri Andrus - Jeff Schultz - Linda Kinsey - Douglas Lightner, John Doe Delivery Person John Doe Is Acting in Bad Faith On Behalf Of The Lakewood Sun Post Valley

The "Lakewood Sun Post" is one of a chain of weekly community newspapers in Greater Cleveland area. I don't subscribe, but I read the paper on a regular basis when I'm jobhunting. All the papers actually have Thursday dates on them but, in the hands of a competent delivery person, they're available on Wednesday evening. Getting the "Lakewood Sun Post" early helps me by allowing me an advance look at the classifieds before the prople who get the paper on Thursday morning. There's also a tv-listings magazine that is helpful to me in preprograming my VCR. These are minor conveniences, but conveniences that I've nonetheless grown accustomed to and look forward to. I have one of those lives here I won't take small pleasures for granted.

The Sun Newspaper vending box just around the corner from me, in front of Sakura Japanese restaurant at 15400 Detroit Avenue, is never filled — sometimes, it isn't even filled on Thursday. One of the perks of getting the paper from the vending box is, it's 25-cents cheaper than buying it off the news stand in the store.

I've complained in writing to Terri Andrus, Human Resources drone (because she's carrying dead weight on her payroll); Jeff Schultz in the Circulation Department; Linda Kinsey, executive editor; and now, Douglas Lightner, the publisher. I've also written an email to parent company Advance Publications.

I feel the delivery person and all those who are enabling him are acting in bad faith — offering a service then revoking it for no good reason; and cheating their advertisers out of exposure. Futher, the staff of Sun Newspapers are completely disdainful of customer satisfaction.
