First took out $49.95, when found out it was for catalog shopping i declined, then took out $97.00 and denied it internet

I applied for a credit card they said i was approved when they called me i asked what my line of credit was come to find out it was for catalog shopping i told them no thank you they took 49.95 out of ck account then 97.00 which they denie i have filed fraud charges with my local police dept
