Do not buy a home from this man or any realtor that advises you to consider his new home construction. Farrell Thurston sets a new bar for builders that misrepresent and lie. He hires staff that lies, and sub-contractors that don't belong in any business relative to home building. The construction in one of his homes will have flaws from ceiling to floor, ie leaking chimneys to cracked foundations and everything in between. One should consider a 30 or 40 year old home before considering anything built by this man. Such an existing home would have significantly less things to repair than one of his newly constructed ones.
