Bought new house from him 1 5 years before. Required 6 months longer to accomplish than initially cited. Held declaring he was having issues together with his sub contractors. Inadequate workmanship.inferior building supplies. Rude office staff. Doesn't stay behind his houses. Never received necessary guarantee paperwork despite numerous demands. Several quality difficulties with home he won't repair or handle. Usually fast by having an explanation when confronted by a problem. Overall inadequate knowledge. I'd highly discourage anybody from considering one of his true houses.
