I purchased something on the TV and was asked to sign up for a monthly program, I refused.
I received what I ordered and a pkg of cupons etc. I refused them and sent them back. I also called them and said to canceled any further mailings and charges. I did not rceived any more mailings and assumed problem was solved.
I noticed today that I was being charged $16.95 on my credit card monthly since march. I should have checked better, but had no reason to suspect anything as I was not receiving any thing from them on a monthy basis. No cupons, notice of items for sale etc.
When I called today they agreed to give me a 2 month refund, vbut nothing for the rest of year; except I received nothing from them during this time and they can not explain that.
Is it possible that a sales rep. Signed me up and a YES to get his bonus???
