Awful Experience Would NOT Recommend

When I ordered my flowers last March I had created an account thinking that it would speed the process along and that the 50% off discount that came with creating an account would help because the arrangement was very over priced. Little did I know, I had actually signed up to be a member of The Blooms Today rewards and was going to be charged $9.95 every month for access to coupons and discounts. The problem was I was NEVER emailed about this! I saw no monthly emails letting me know what discounts I had. No monthly emails about flower or anything! One YEAR later, and $120 unknowingly charged to my bank account, I checked my monthly statement and was shocked to see that a $9.95 charge was missing. After placing a hold on the charge with my bank I contacted Blooms Rewards. The woman who I talked to was rude and unhelpful and not willing to listen to my requests. She did not seem to care that I had not received any notice about these so called discounts and was still being charged. I tried to explain my financial situation that $120 was actually a huge portion of my bank account and I had not authorizes those charges on my account.

One year of being charged ten dollars every money with no emails letting me know that I was a member, and I was only refunded $9.95.

Awful company with no ethical standard. Never trusting them!
