Subject: The run a round on my request for a waiver of the increase on my mortgage.
I want to get this out to anyone whom in upper management that would put some concern!
There are many deceptive and nothing is done about them. My mortgage loan was acquired by Wilshire Company and they promises me a waiver for two years "Not to increase my mortgage" Wilshire have send me documentation they needed to consider the request and" as of today their staff is saying they do not have my documents and, I know for a fact "its in the database" keep in mine these documents were faxed three times in Oct, Nov, and Dec.
I'm frustrated and I'll never do business with this company again due to the fact March mortgage is now $1025.00 instead of $807.44 which I was trying to beat that $ 217.56 increase.
It's critical for any company to be proactive in hearing and addressing there customer service challenges.
A. Always engage their business in a process that helps to satisfying customer complaints and make amends for past mistakes.
B. Turn all negative in to positives by making a commitment to consumers that your business is willing to make earnest commitment to customer satisfaction "Not to hung up the phone on the customer"
