About a year ago, they called and asked to update our yellow pages advertising. My secretary asked me if there are any changes. Thinking it is the local yellow pages, we said there are no changes. Everything is to be continued as is.
They recorded the confirmation (that we approved everything to continue as is.) Now we have been getting a bill for about $500 from a company we never contracted with. They keep sending collection notices claiming that we confirmed the order.
I would like a class action suite against the company for harassment. The Better Business Bureau and other agencies should record the deceptive practices from this company and possibly pursue a criminal investigation.
