A car sales company that should be reviewed by the Federal Trade Commisssion and the Attorney General for rippping off unsuspecting consumers. Not everyone has access to the Internet to check prices, but when a company attempts to give you $10,000 less than book value, there is a serious problem. Having sold cars before, if I could make a deal the way they attempted to deal with me, I would have to only sold 2 cars a month to make a living. They sell their cars at a reasonable price, if you are paying cash, but to trade cars, RUN don't walk to the nearest EXIT and go buy a new car at a new car dealership. My advice is to STAY AWAY from CarMax.
