"Krissie Shadows" - the name of which this young thing goes by is a hoax and a criminal. She claims to run a business called "Fur Fur Designs" and lingers on ebay under the name "Krissie9491". You need only check her recent feedback to see her fraudulent activities.
Unfortunately, she tends to target international sellers, but has recent also targeted USA sellers.
She joined ebay in September. She is only 18.
This is how she works: 1) Buy a nice item on ebay and pay via CREDIT CARD (through PayPal). 2) Wait for item to arrive. 3) Leave positive feedback for the item. 4) Wait. 5) File for a "chargeback" - which is a claim with (her) credit card company that the seller (in this case, my business) illegally used her credit card. 6) Her credit card reimburses her (and she keeps the item) RESULTING IN PayPal deducting the money from the seller's account, never to be returned.
You think her credit card company would have clicked into now, huh?
Nope!
She continues to buy on ebay and both ebay and PayPal continue to let her do so. There are MULTIPLE sellers now with "Fur Fur Design" chargeback problems, and we want some justice!
If i lived in America, i'd be down at her door filing a law suit.
So let this be a warning to ebay sellers and anyone with a store where she uses a credit card. This girl is running a sneaky underhand operation, acting fraudulently and is blatantly stealing from good companies.
