Isis Bottger
Filed fraudulent cc chargeback

Isis J. Bottger purchased an item from me on Ebay.
She paid with a credit card through PayPal on 6/8.
Item was shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. I have proof that item was received by Isis J. Bottger on 6/12.

She then claimed to her credit card company that she did not receive the item. Her credit card company in turn claimed non-receipt to PayPal. PayPal determined that it was unlikely that they could successfully dispute this chargeback.
I
have since discovered that she habitually does this fraudulent claim. I know of at least 5 other Ebay sellers that she has done this too.
I have also filed a fraud report with the USPS.
