So i started calling her everyday all day for a week and she will not answer my calls. So i will leave her messages and everything about my money she would not return my calls or answer them so i call another guy there who i talk to before i talk to her his name is cedric dixon. And i ask him was linda martinez there today and he said that she just left her desk about 10 min ago i told him that i have been trying to reach her and she is not answering my call because she took 1000 dollars off of my credit card without my consent and i told him i need my money back and he said that my money is non-refundable i told him what do he meant because i never sign any papers are been there to they office i couldn't tell him where they are located so he said that you didn't sign any papers and i said no. He told me to call her back in and hour.
So i did and again she wouldn't answer so a week later she send me a certified letter in the mail telling me that i have to come up with some more money within 5 days are my 1000 is now void but we never had a contract fill out and then she send me a received that she type in the 9th of january and the date and my name like we really had a contract out and she know i never been to they office i never sign are seem any contract until she send that certified letter that i have no ideal of what she is talking about on that letter.
