I would have to agree with all the previous complaints made about Liberty Settlements. I was fired by Keith Stahl for allegedly having a relationship with the company's administrative assistant because Mr. Stahl was infatuated with her. Not only was this allegation false but Mr. Stahl was married and was wanting to pursue a relationship with this young woman himself. Since she rejected his come on's and sexual harrassment he forced me out assuming I was to blame.
Liberty has not only changed it's pay structure for the hard working employees that have worked at Liberty for years it has also started hiring anyone off the street and I mean anyone. Liberty has a history of hiring without doing background checks. They currently still do not. There are a handful of convicted felons that work for the company that have access to company records which consist of customer and potential customer proprietary information. Which include socials, addresses, bank account info. Etc.
As far as the owners Keith Stahl and George Roberts Menchu they will do whatever it takes to get a customer and screw them over. Mr. Menchu continually does whatever it takes to mislead clients and ignore important calls while him and the other only two individuals in Client Services sit around and do nothing.
Beware don't plan on getting out of debt with this company that is in debt and going to fold by years end.
