I worked at this company for several weeks earlier in the year. The people making the calls are average folks trying to make it in these tough economical
times. I saw no intentional misrepresentation from them.
Now the managemnt is a different story. The owner shows no concern or intentions of providing a usefull service. Also shows no real interest in the people working for him. He won't even aknowledge the people doing his "dirty " work. Most of his time is spent on the computer looking at airplanes he aspires to buy at the expense of the people he claims to assist.
The client service department is a huge joke. Saw no evidence of them solving any issues. Most of their efforts are keeping people in the dark regarding their accounts.
I could not recommend this company to anyone. You can find better solutions to your credit problems rather than throwing your money away with Liberty Settlements.
Liberty Settlements is aware of this web site. They instruct the sales staff to state that this site is operated by criminals and is out to extort money from companies such as theirs.infact some of the people of Liberty Settlements need to look in the mirror.
