Don't know what this company is, all of a sudden someone was taking out $17.95 from my bank account, don't receive anything from this company Huntington California

I have been getting charged for something that I don't know. I don't know what this company is all about, I've been getting charged monthy without any notice except from my bank transactions. I've tried to contact the number but it's not getting me through, all I hear is like a fax tone. I even went to the website and it took me to a credit report which there is no kind of contact information on there too. I called my bank and all they say was that how would anyone get my information if I haven't given it to them. The thing is that I haven't given anyone anything unless I know for sure what it's about.
