All their company contacts and details have been updated at BBB and you will notice American Digital out of WA has over 60 domain names. They will accept your payment by returning your call shortly. Their tech support will call you back much later likely after 72 hours, which will then be past the 72 hours beyond their cancellation policy. Worst of all, they are not able to monitor your alarm by Brinks and therefore no service is provided. They will claim that they "refund if the conversion cannot be done due to their inability", however the bait and switch is that you have to lease their expensive system. They will suggest to ship you their in-house alarm system and if you don't accept their offer, then it is not their 'inability to convert the system". When you try to cancel, they become rude and they will say you can only cancel after 60 days. So without service provided, no cancellation, you have been scammed into another internet false advertising scheme
The list of scam goes on, as they ask that you mail a cancellation form with "certified proof of delivery" or they will continue to bill you with the credit card number you have provided. You will also discover that the cancellation form asks for a social security for "security reasons"? So they can later threaten you with collections and credit reports for a service you may have not received.
To date American Digital has not provided any form of service, has not installed any services but continues to bill.
