I used to work for Staffmark, a temporary company. I was on a permanent temporary assignment at a stable plant. I was recently laid off by their customer due to lack of work.
They are claiming that I had some attendance related issue.
I had to file for unemployment. They are fighting the unemployment based on an policy violation. I have proof they are lying.
I will update my report once I have won or lost in my unemployment proceedings. My bet is they lose. I will let you know the exact details of their lying once they bring it to court and we are out of the hearing stages.
I cannot believe they were asking if I was calling in "available" when I called them to get to the bottom of this. They lied about my separation of employment. Who would want to have to work for this company?
