I won an Audiovox phone on Ebay and once I recieved it I charged it and it worked for 5 minutes. I noticed the volume button was broken. The screen to the phone went black and it did not work.
I sent the phone back the next day and sent numerous emails but they did not respond. I am still awaiting a refund!!! I reported them to EBay hopefully these frauds will get put out of business. I am out of 209.00
