I was told that I was approved for my cashback entitlement but I have never received a check

You follow all the instructions to receive your cashback entitlement, you submit all your information. The instructions say that you should receive something within six weeks, well how about six months and still counting. You try to contact the company, but for some reason all lines are always busy. This compnay is bogus. They need to be put out of business.
