An unauthorized charge showed up on a credit card I rarely use. When I called my credit card company to get more info they connected me directly to the company's direct line, which always goes straight to voice mail. They only allow you to leave a message or send them an e-mail. I have left a message with no call back, and refuse to give them my e-mail address. I already feel violated enough. I had to close the account and have disputed the charge through my credit card company. I have no idea where Sensate even got my info.
