I too have been had by Sensate Technology for the same amount, ($10.65). I called the toll free number and the number had been discontinued. I only use secure web sites so they broke this one down. The bank gave me no problem at all, did the Hot card thing, and they immediately refunded my money.
Don't know what more I could have done to protect myself. Guess this is just going to be a way of life.
