On Oct 4, agreed to purchase our product and sent a PO #148624 and for 10 white cord doors for $159.00 and requested 10 black ones when they became available under the same PO. The PO was signed and faxed on 10/4. We shipped a total of 20 units with terms of Payment upon delivery. It has been over 70 days and the total of $318.00 is way overdue.
I spoke to you Doug Conrad the person the ordered the product about payment and he transferred me to Gail Popiolek (owner) 3 times, she has not returned any of my calls, nor has Doug after he said he would check into it. I also sent several emails to both parties and never got a response. I filed a notice with the BBB which they were unable to help. I did hear back form the BBB that they claim they sent a check.
We never received one and I requested that they cancel the one they sent and resend us one, which never happened! I guess this is a lesson learned that there are a lot of unethical companies out there and this is surly one of those.
Caveat emptor Beware of doing any business with them they are very dishonest and unethical
