I contracted with Gail to ship 3 horses from Apple Valley Ca to Carrington ND. She picked them up a week late (lied to explain). Took them to her place in Valley Center CA, to leave the next morning. I get a call 4 days later they are still in CA (lied - truck issues). Through many phone calls, many left voice mails, for 3 days she would not answer my calls, I get friends to go find my horses in Valley Center (I'm in ND - going crazy). Gail is gone - people there said my horses were there for 15 days and Gail had been gone the whole time. My horses had dropped weight, were in tiny, hard stalls. And there was only Bermuda.
On day 18 of this sage, Gail calls to apologize that she can't transport my horses and has someone else transport them back to Apple Valley. So day 19!! My horses get back to Apple Valley - with expired health certificates - more money for me to spend! And this wicked woman will not return my deposit of 1487.50. PLEASE do not trust this woman - she is evil!!! I don't want anyone else to go through what I did, or what my horses have endured all because of Gails disrepectful business practices.
