I purchased a creative zen mp3 in oct the player was not reliable and neither was buy.com the player kept freezing (which we managed to fix) but now the display is black all the time. Buy.com wont change anything after 14 days after that your on your own. I had to contact creative zen (hopefully they'll help)
don't ever buy from them because once they have your money they don't care about whatever problems you are having unless it's in the 14 day time frame.
