False claim affiliation with government, scammed money atlanta

I responded to a newspaper ad that read:

"NOW HIRING LOCALLY Large National Organization Avg. Pay $20 hr. Over $55K annually Including full benefits and OT. Paid Training, Vacations, FT/PT. 1-866-920-8433"

The organization claimed to be affiliated with the U.S. Government Postal Service as an exam source (take exams at home). I was coerced into paying $129.45 for materials. 30 minutes later, I discovered that the organization was not at all affiliated with any government organization, and certainly not the Postal Service. I called to stop the transaction, and they seemed to be compliant. The next day, the funds had been withdrawn. I called the company to demand an explanation and a refund, needless to say I was on the phone all day. They promised to return the funds in 3-5 business days. Today is day five. Another scam promising services and materials with a shining affiliation that does not exist.

My bank statement lists the company as 'US WORK ALLIANCE INC"
